Johnny (The Hitman) Regier Johnny "The Hitman" Regier floats like a butterfly stings like a bee, with a name like The Hitman how can you not recognize this face in the ZRHL. He will get you in the corners, mid ice, or even in an elevator. One of the most sought after men in Zurich Rec Hockey his versatility on the ice, his ability to dig in the corners, or man the point staring down forwards racing in on him. The Hitman is sure to come up with the big check, or the big takeaway, nail in the coffin goal, and not to mention what The Hitman can do for a team’s beer fund. The Hitman has had all the credit handed to him from turning the winless Bruins of 2004 into a contender in 2005, his voice in the dressing room is one to speak volumes, He has turned his team into a bang it out style of hockey and has even made one of his teammates (Dave Rathwell) quit figure skating. He though it would be best to keep his focus on the ZRHL championship. ZRHL caught a quick interview with Johnny in recent days and when asked who the easiest man to handle in the ZRHL was, in a soft spoken but oh so sudden manner, like a cold crisp winter’s morning whisper without a hesitation.............."John Rutten and Bob Stephenson". With a slight glare of his forehead he slowly puts his head down and briskly walks (or stumbles) quietly towards the Bruin’s door, in anticipation for the next Thursday to arrive. When Webster’s dictionary enters (Monster Performer) you will be sure to read beneath "Johnny THE HITMAN Regier". For TSN Pierre McGuire
